Because Only in the united states do you find a judge that allows Apple to hault sales of everything that competes against them.
Burn in Hell apple.
Only company worse than Apple when it comes to patent abuse is Monsanto. Seriously, Apple and Monsanto are prime examples of why this country needs serious patent reform very soon, otherwise we're gonna lose out.
Good thing I never take you seriously. :P
You watch, They will loose, and be paying Millions to Google, When they release their fix.
Sales are expected to resume. Apple is just struggling to compete with Android, They should be sueing google and not the Phone makers using the OS. I mean of all the devices they go after, it's the Google Nexus, Hmm Gee i wonder why, it's the only android phone 100% supported by Google.
But it''s not he most popular.
While its true that I think Apples business Practices are pretty BS in this particular case, its not just them. There are patent trolls all over the world hitting up tech companies for infringement. If found guilty the company who wins pretty has say on whether or not the guilty company can pay them damages or stop selling all together. Its been going on for years, and this is just one more case. In all reality its smart business to keep an eye on your patents. Some companies, like apple, just believe that they are above the law in some respects. But, its not just in the US, they've got law suits against samsung throughout the entire world, many of which are still pending. It just depends on that particular countries IP and Patent laws.
